Animate Windows when minimizing and maximizing Not Working

Hello,

For a couple of weeks now, the animation windows when minimizing and maximizing is not working. The only thing weird is that it works when I choose the basic theme or the windows classic. But with aero theme with the transparent things and stuff like that, it doesn't seem to work. I enabled it in the "advanced system settings" clicked apply, then ok. And it doesn't work. I went to the troubleshooter in the control panel for aero effects it didn't seem to find anything wrong, I did the sfc /scannow in the command prompt (with admin rights), nothing wrong. I tried looking for possible solutions on google, I didn't find anything similar to the problem I'm having. Also, my drivers are all up to date. My pc is like 2-3 months old, it's brand is HP, it has decent enough specs to run aero. So I do not understand why this is happening, I'm getting annoyed already. If I should do the system restore, I might as well do it. But, if there is a better solution please tell me.

Solved. Had to reformat the whole system, couldn't find any solutions for this problem.
