'Cut' option absent from right click

    'Cut' option absent from right click


    Hello folks,

    I recently clean installed windows and since then 'cut' option is absent from the right lick menu. Ctrl+X does not work either.

    Any idea how to bring it back?

    Might be Windows 7 self defense mechanism,
    Right click one of the folders or files and Properties,
    General section near the bottom do you see a Unblock button ?
    Also add more specifics about exactly where you're having the issue/ Local files/ Internet...
