Is it possible to change when explorer brings up a copy conflict error

When copying files from one location to another, windows will, in the case of there already being files present at the destination that are the same as the source; bring up an error/window informing the user that there is a conflict and giving the option to copy and replace data, don't replace data, skip the specific files.

In windows 7, this happens at the end of a copy of multiple files allowing all the other files to copy first and then bring up the problem later so at least everything for which there is no conflict is copied. This is definitely the best approach most of the time however I'm in a situation where I want to use explorer to determine what I do and don't have in two destination folders as compared against a single source folder. This means I need explorer to bring up the conflict error immediately when I copy all files from the source to one of the two destinations. can the order in which these events happen be tweaked? Can I easily tweak it back after as well?

You're best bet is to find a sync program that will do this for you. I don't think you can change Explorer to do this.
