    date and time


    The date and time on my screen keep changing back to 01/01/2002. The correct date and time are showing when I shut down the computer, but wrong when I start it up again.

    This behavior is typically associated when the CMOS battery on the motherboard dying.

Is there a way to put only the date on the taskbar with no clock and make the date larger? Thanks, Gerry.
Have set the correct time zone, set the date and time, and within half an hour, the time jumps ahead significantly. Time then continues jumping periodically, and date as well. Any patch available for this? Thanks.
