    Startup Repair not working

My computer isn't starting up. If tried everything !! Yesterday I was able to get to the screen that says start in safe mode and now I can't get to that screen at all. I've been trying to start my computer and I've clicked the F8 button but it all takes me to the same screen "windows error recovery". Then I chose the launch startup recovery option and it just takes me to a blank screen with a cursor. I've also tried to start it normally but again I just end up with a blank screen and a cursor. Can someone please help ?

Other options were to startup my computer using a recovery disk however I have the Hp Envy 4 Sleekbook and there is no place to put in a cd/dvd.

Everything possible that can be done is in Fix Unbootable Win7 .

There are flash stick alternatives for most bootable media.

Ask back any questions and update us on progress as there may be more steps indicated.
