Diagnostic Errors Need Help!!!

I ran diagnostic test on my laptop. I need help with these service errors.

Why did you run the diagnostic? What was happening that prompted you to run it?

Do you have a Restore Point from just before the problem started?

Yes. The problem started I cant turn on my index searching and I cant view the computer connected to my networks.

Are you running with an AV "shield" enabled? If so, try it without the AV running.
