Waiting For Background Programs to Return :(

Beleive it or not, I actually like the new Windows 7 waiting for background programs to close message. Unfotunately, it appears to have been replaced with the old XP style dialog box below it. Not quite sure, but I think applying a tweak in Ultimate Windows Tweaker may have caused this to start happening. Does anyone know how to return it to the Windows 7 version? Thanks, appreciated

I have no idea whats changed it Noel. The only thing I think may have changed it, is Ultimate Windows Tweaker (performance tab), but I figured out what it changes using Process Monitor, namely:

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\WaitToKillServiceTimeout
HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\HungAppTimeout
HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\WaitToKillAppTimeout
HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\MenuShowDelay
HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\AutoEndTasks

I've checked microsoft technet and set all the above values to their defaults, but I still seem to get the old XP style message.

Waiting For Background Process(es) To Close
..at least I think that's what I seemingly always get on my darkening screen when shutting down Windows 7 and I find it rather annoying. Isn't it stating the obvious? If it lists the processes, which isn't always the case, it doesn't usually give me a chance to close them anyway as the shutdown...
