Recycle bin location on multi drive PC

I have a custom built tower PC
Win_7 x64 bit

Drive "C" = SSD for OS and programs only
Drive "D' = internal HHD data only

Desktop > Recycle Bin > RClick > Properties ...
... lists both drives "C" and "D"

My concern is that deleted files/folders are assigned to "C"
Can recycle bin be located in "D" drive ?
I am trying to keep my SSD as "uncluttered" as possible
-----
I have also noticed all external HDD have a hidden "recycle-bin"
Can items be recovered from that "phantom" folder ? Or is it just a mirage. ?
When I reformated a thumb drive to NTFS it auto created a hidden "Recycle Bin" on the thumb drive.

Thank you

I just avoid using the recycle bin most of the time by using SHIFT/DELETE, which deletes files without sending them to the recycle bin. Of course, I do have to be absolutely certain that I wanted it deleted because there is no recovery from that one.

Drive in 'User' folder, 'Location' tab in drive properties
*How this came about* I tried to move my Music library, but instead of including the 'Music' folder in F:\ drive, I included the drive itself. I promptly included the 'Music' folder in F:\ and set it as the default location, then removed F:\ from the Music library locations. However......

Own Recycle Bin for USB drive
Apologies that this is a bit off-topic , but perhaps one of you could point me in the right direction. I am looking for a stand-alone "Recycle Bin" that I can put on USB drives. Most files deleted from a USB do not go to the regular Windows 7 Recycle Bin , and I need as a safeguard. I have...

Recycle Bin very slow - SDD drive
I installed Windows 7 on an Intel SSD drive with ACHI and TRIM enabled. Everything worked fine until 2-3 months ago when the PC suddenly froze. It would not reboot until I changed from ACHI til IDE in BIOS. Right after boot or running TRIM the Recycle Bin work as it used to do when ACHI...
