Btw im replying to this by using my other computer..

Its really hard to open apps on the other computer that has a problem, even google chrome isn't loading Windows Explorer just keeps crashing and right now i'm still waiting for WINDOWS EXPLORER to RESTART.

After downloading the Windows Offline Defender burn the file to disc then you might have to go into your BIOS and set the Boot Sequence so that your CD/DVD writer boots first. Then put the CD in the drive, restart the PC and you should get a message saying "Press any key to boot from CD" Do that and follow the screen!

I will change my UEFI Bios boot loader to my CD-ROM/DVD-ROM Reader right?

Data Disc? Boot Disc? what kind of burning method should i do?

I turned off my computer do you really need the details on the windows product?

because im not sure if im able to do it again Windows Explorer is gone crazy won't even load CMD in normal boot
