    What is MGA? I haven't tried running in normal yet should i try it now? tell me what's what when i boot it in normal.

    I can't access My Documents to run the MGADIAG >_< "Windows Explorer has stopped working and is restarting" keeps getting in the way it crashes and restarts and nothing is happening right now it just froze when freezing time is done loading is slow as well.!

    Should i keep trying ?

    Btw im replying to this by using my other computer..

    Its really hard to open apps on the other computer that has a problem, even google chrome isn't loading Windows Explorer just keeps crashing and right now i'm still waiting for WINDOWS EXPLORER to RESTART.

    You clearly haven't read he Windows Defender Offline link! You do not boot normally that's the whole idea of "Offline" You boot from a CD that you burn. Please read the link that opens.
