PC restarts when doing seemingly unrelated things

My pc is restarting for some weird reason. Its happened when I searched for a solution to my desktop folder thing(it happened because of the search as I tried it again).

It happened when I tried to update firefox
It happened when I tried to use the registry restore file

It seems to happen when I try to run programs that are installing or something I dunno :S
