    My Documents start menu question

I've clicked the "customize" button in the Start menu tab of the "Taksbar and Start menu Properties" and chose the "Display as a menu" Option for "documents". How do you set up the "Documents" link in the start menu to go directly to "My Documents" without having that submenu show up when you hover your mouse over.

    Thanks in advance!

Set it back to Display as a link.

    Start Menu - Customize

That way I don't see a menu show up when I hover over it. I was trying to get it to work like when you hover over "Computer" and a menu of the drives shows without having to go though that submenu when you hover over "Documents". I've seen it work bu not sure how it was done.

    Hello Artoo,

You might see if this may be what you are after to have the "Documents" button on the Start Menu open to your actual "C:\Users\(user-name)\My Documents" folder instead of the Documents library.

Start Menu User Folder Buttons - Open to Users Instead of Libraries

    Hope this helps, :)
