Windows 7: Multiple performance issues

Yeah, I'm a bit nervous about the reliability of the drive. However, after running Seatools twice following the "fix run" and finding no errors, I'm slightly reassured. I already run automatic data backups to the two external drives and also backup to the cloud (Skydrive, Dropbox and Adobe for image files] at least once a day. I'm often running client files that are not easily replaced, so I tend to go overboard (in some opinions) with backups. I will download the Crystal Disk Info software and will plan to run Seatools probably once a week or so. Meanwhile, I've spent most of the day working with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Word all running at once. I was unable to do this for the past ten days, so it looks like things are at least somewhat resolved.
