Time Zone Change Issue
For college, I moved from California (GMT-7) to Idaho (GMT-6). I changed the time zone in my date and time settings by right-clicking the clock in the bottom right corner. As far as client-side things, I don't notice anything out of the ordinary, however on server-based programs and clients, it starts freaking out. On Steam and Facebook, that I can tell, it says that my time is an hour ahead of server time. I can't very well describe it, but I do have pictures. Could someone tell me how to fix the time?
The 3:15 message was me, and the 2:16 message was my friend right afterwards. I know that it's not the time zone that is an issue, because he lives in South Carolina so if anything, his time should say 5:16.
The "seen 2:03" thing should say 3:03.
