Over the past month I have been plagued with my computer freezing -- no KB or Mouse response. The only way I can get out or it is to press the power button to shut the machine down and the start it again
I have attached a zipped event log. Heh, Heh I guess I should have name it Errors rather than Effors :)
Will someone please help me?

The errors are few and common. I'd uninstall MSE - after turning on Windows Defender by typing it in the Start search box - long enough to see if it affects the freezes. If not reinstall and if necessary resolve its error.
But you can learn here how to resolve repeat errors and work through the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.
Did you run memtest for at least 5-6 passes and the HD maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan?
All of the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 should be completed which should turn up the problem.
Are you working through the steps without missing any, asking back for help if you're unsure how to perform any?
Did you check the Performance Log for errors at time of freeze which can reveal the cause?
Resolving an issue like this require working through the steps with the utmost thoroughness, not just tackling random steps because they're mentioned to remind you they haven't been done.
I have worked through all the steps you mentioned to no avail as is often the case with an intermittent problem such as this. I also looked at the event logs after each failure but find nothing I can understand would cause the freeze. That is why I attached a log on my first post. I did so in hopes that someone here could analyze it to find something that would help in solving the problem. The next time it freezes I will upload the log again. I probably confused the performance log with the events system log
