Cannot Access Logon Screen. Windows Cannot Complete Installation.

This is a Gateway Laptop.

NV55C
4GB DDR3
Intel Pentium P6200
500GB HDD

I cannot access the logon screen. It will not load any of the Safe Mode type options. I cannot run the installation disk because it gives me the same error codes. " Windows Cannot Complete Installation Safe Mode. To Continue Installing Windows, Restart the Computer. "

Any ideas what is going on? I cannot take a screenshot because it won't even load to the logon to windows screen.

Thanks guys!

Hello Jay, and welcome to Seven Forums.

What happens when you restart the PC without doing anything else?

It sounds like you are booting into Safe Mode, and this is why installation cannot complete. If you are stuck booting into Safe Mode, then you can use step 6 OPTION THREE in the tutorial below in a command prompt at boot to return to normal mode. Afterwards, restart the PC to see if installation is able to resume and complete.
