Keyboard, mouse, and power button unresponsive after gaming
After about 30 minutes of gaming (any games, ranging from Minecraft to Halo), and very occasionally spontaneously, the mousepad, keyboard, and power button on my computer immediately stop functioning. External mice still work, and the operating system is still functional (including the onscreen keyboard), but none of the hardware components are. When this happens during gaming, it seems like one key is permanently activated in the game.
In addition, whenever I change the power settings while the computer is in this state, the operating system freezes. If I try to shut it down or hibernate, the process goes normally until the screen turns off, after which the computer hangs and does not complete shutdown.
One last thing: I looked in the event manager and it told me it was an ACPI error.
I have an 64-bit Asus K53E laptop, with an i3 235M processor, 4 GB memory, and Intel 3000 graphics card.
