    Invisible Desktop Icons

So i just recently restored my PC to a previous version. The folder icons are all screwed up now in folders, how do i fix this. Also i downloaded and installed a alien-ware theme thing, and i didn't like it so i uninstalled it. But now It still has the icon in the bottom corner, is there anyone who can help?

Now where you see the "BukkitServer" and "crash-reports" those are files and the icons are messed up.
    Thank you for your time.

    Hello Olympian,

You might see if running a SFC /SCANNOW command may be able to fix the Start button if the theme modified the system file responsible for it.

Next, you might see if downloading and merging the .reg file for the listed Folder option in the tutorial below may be able to restore your folder icons. It will restore the default associations and registry entries for folders.
    Hope this helps, :)
