How do I change my files in documents from Z-A to A-Z

Problem in Documents, my folders USED to be sorted, as you do, from A-Z. Now they appear backwards, Z-A.
Is there any fix for this?

Do you see where it says "Name" ?
It is above your folders.

Left click on it and will reverse your list back to A-Z.
