Receiving a free Windows 7 when purchased Vista PC
I was curious how people receive their free Windows 7 upgrade, if they bought a new PC from July 1st until today. I've had quite a few calls, but I don't see a great deal of information on microsoft's site about it.
It is not Microsoft that gives you the Upgrade, it is your laptop's manufacturer. So say it's toshiba, you would have had to go to Toshiba's special website and put in the "order".
