SOLVED: Stop Windows Explr remembering the last monitor it was opened

Using Eventghost I have setup a command to open a Video folder on monitor 2 (HDMI connected Sony Bravia)
I also have installed and use Display Fushion to manage my monitors.
My problem is that Windows Explorer seems to want to remember its last opened location so that I now find even if I open any other folder on my PC it displays straight to my TV screen (Monitor 2).
Only after dragging the opened folder back to my PC monitor and then closing it all other folders open as normal on my PC but also the programmed Eventghost macro video folder. This fails to open on TV unless dragged back to TV and then I’m back to the problem again of all folders opening on TV.
I basically just want Eventghost to do its thing without Windows then remembering and making all future folders opening on Monitor 2 (TV).

Hope I’ve explained this clearly enough.

    Solved

Solved my own problem so though I'd write for others just in case.

Installed free software called MultiMonitor, this gives the option of creating a command line to switch connected monitor off and on.

When in the off state folders open normally on PC, switch monitor back on and the folder dedicated to open on connected monitor still does.
