    Two identical computers

Well, this is embarrassing, but I bought two identical HP computers running W7 but I didn't write the COA of each computer in the correct disk jacket so I would know which recovery disk goes to which computer.

So my question is, is there a way to find out which disk goes to which computer. The COA is was not written inside the jacket that holds the recovery disk when I got the computers. Thanks.

    Hello Kemperhills,

Since they are the same model, they most likely use the same SLP (OEM volume license) key. You should have a COA sticker on the back of the PC with the product key for that specific PC that you can use to activate with instead.

HP has the worst load of bloatware in the industry along with duplicate utilties which conflict with better versions built into Win7. You'll have a much better install if you Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
Check the Special Note for HP Owners at the end.

At the minimum I'd Clean Up Factory Bloatware.
