explorer crashes when opening folders or window

    explorer crashes when opening folders or window


    whenever i open a folder like my computer, control panel, or any kinds that opens a new window my desktop/explorer.exe crashes and this appears

    PLS I NEED TO SOLVE THIS help meee!!
    i just need the easiest way to do this

    Do the following:

    1.) Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker (Do option 2)

    2.) Disk Check

    3.) Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

    Please follow these tutorials and post back please.

    Also include which Security suite you have installed,
    And also have you downloaded any new software.... just before this error began to happen,

    You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
    Manually Update them before running full scans,
    Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
    Uncheck the box to Activate the Free trial from the final install options,

    This one is the longest up to 4 hours, the others are only about 45 minutes,
