parental control doesnt work! ie8 bypass it!!

if you set "block programs",(even all) it works but the most important program is not blocked :exlorer 8 after first alert it works!!!!!! while the time block works fine

try to believe !

You have to go in and manually tell parental controls to block iexplore.exe or it won't
