Please report back the steps you've completed from Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
and each one's results.

What were the crucial results for AV scan, SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot and then Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times after confirming that C or System Reserved is Partition Marked Active?

Greg DIR and BOOTSECT don't work when accessing C. DISKPART freezes. Startup repair is impossible, even system repair disc and win7 install DVD freeze. Even Partition Wizard bootable CD (is linux) gives "bad disk" after a long time.

SFC from boot hasn't been tried but most likely can't access C as well.

It looks line winpe just can't access C. So almost all tests in your tutorial would fail.

But some utility (don't know which one) can access C and says it's flagged boot (so active and primary) and type NTFS. He can see all files then and even display jpg, play mp3. His internal disk has 1 partition.

If he tries to boot win7 normally he sees "windows loading files" and then freezes. So it did load bootmgr and bootmenu and ran winload.exe. So MBR, partition boot sector, bootmgr etc seems to work.

what the heck can be the problem!

Did you already detach "storage drive" from system? Try to boot afterwards. EXACT same results? Most likely the win7 partition is called C now

95% of the time failure to boot disk is user failure. How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube

If a disk absolutely cannot boot after successfully booting the same disk in another PC, then reset BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

If it continues to fail, test all hardware from Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start. You can move the HD to another PC to run the Windows diagnostics for it. Unplug all but HD in problem PC, use flash stick alternatives provided for all needed boot disks.

At this point if HD is good I would move it to another PC or boot self-booting Paragon Rescue Kit Free Edition 11.0 Free CD to rescue files, then from the second PC or self-booting HD diagnostics disk wipe the HD.

This should force the Win7 installer to autostart to begin Clean Install Windows 7.

If install can only be completed in another PC, then SysPrep to move HD to another computer to move back to problem PC, or use Paragon Adaptive Restore CD - SkyDrive - can you link your tutorial for PAR?

If Win7 will not start then you know you have hardware failure on target PC. Unplug everything except HD to test, change cables, try flash stick alternatives for all needed boot disks from tutorial.
