all users are disabled on windows 7, help!

So, I have only had one user account ever since i got the laptop. never had a password for it because i'm the only one using it and i live alone
Yesterday i sediced to set up a password, since ill be taking it out more from now on
and so i did. the same password im using every day for a year now at work. so i wont forget it.
then i restarted to make sure it all works. and there, i see two accounts now? the other one called the same as mine only it has a 2 next to it (like, Mirmir2)
so i went there and it looks all empty and pretty. seems ok to me. makes sense that if i put a password on my account windows will make a guest account or something. went back to my account. did my stuff. logged out, but didnt shut the computer off (im guessing that could have something to do with it as well), and went to lay down.
Of course, its the weekend, so when i say lay down after working double shifts and no sleep all week, i really mean pass-out-for-12-hours.
so i get up at 7 am. and i see my computer is turned off. huh. ok, makes sense, its been 12 hours. i turn it on. i try to log into my account. it is now the only one displaying, no guest account. password incorrect. tried several more times, thought it was me, still incorrect. made coffee, so this whole thing would make sense to me...
    still incorrect.
tried safe mode. tried ophcrack. then when it searched for passwords it came up empty and i saw two user accounts, admin and guest. both were disabled.
    i panicked.
then i tried offline NT password and registry editor because i undesatood you can enable accounts from there. it kept jumping off back to step 1 after i finished step 2 with no explanation why.

im frustrated, pissed off and about to throw my laptop into the wall. and that would be too bad because its a really nice gaming laptop that cost me quite alot.
so please. its been 4 hours since i woke up and nothing helps.

    any ideas?

Login to the Administrator account. If you have not enabled it and you don't have a working Administrator level account available, see below.

See this Tutorial by Flavius: User Account Password - Change from WinRE System Repair Disc.

Once you have that, you can log in as the Administrator and remove/change the password on your account.
