Problem in boot menu

I had windows 7 and windows 8. The windows 7 had a problem so i deleted windows 7 and install a new fresh copy of that. After installing windows 7 it won't show the boot menu so that I can choose windows 8. It automatically goes to windows 7 however I still have windows 8 in my hard drive. How can I get back the boot menu?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

So you have win7 bootmenu now? It's because you installed win7 after win8.
Please post screenshot of msconfig->boot tab
and post screenshot of disk management and tell me what win8 is

In Elevated Command Prompt
Code:
bcdboot E:\windows
works? What do you want as default OS.... win7 or win8?
Do you have an win8 install disk or repair disk?

If you want the win8 bootmanager back:

-Boot from win8 repair disc > Chose Keyboard type > click Troubleshoot > click Advanced options
or
-Boot from win8 Install disc > Click Next > click Repair your computer > click Troubleshoot > click Advanced options >

Then: choose Automatic Repair. This will recreate the win8 bootmanager. It was on the win7 partition (the active partition) and you deleted that partition (or reformatted it).

I have a bit of a puzzle, and I don't know whether to blame the motherboard maker, Microsoft, or -- this is a really distant third choice, obviously -- myself. (That being said, UEFIs and GPT drives are new to me, so that distant third choice might not be as distant as I'd hoped.) I recently set...

Existence of the Boot menu (MBR) denies access to other boot methods.
Hello. I just hit a problem for which I can see no immediate workaround. I'm hoping someone else can. I had XP on a partition, the primary partition had/has Win7 Home Premium. I tried many ways to delete the XP partition, but no programs, including 7's disk management, would let me do that as it...
