    How to convert without convert?


    Is there any tool in windows 7 for converting FAT to NTFS without using convert.exe utility? Like fdisk utility do not exists in win7 anymore? or it just changed its name? I'm interested only in windows tools

    This doesn't work? Convert FAT or FAT32 Volume to NTFS
