random issue with interrupts causing minor system performance loss.
Recently l reinstalled to resolve some long standing issues l had, the major one being the mkv freezing which might have been down to some tweaks l did in the past going by the fact it has only happened once so far directly after tweaking codec settings.
the issue thats popped up seems to be related to interrupts and lm trying to find out whats causing it when it happens, basically the process will start using between 7 to 30% of the CPU and process manager starts jumping between system, scvhost and occasionally virus software processes. lve ran process explorer when it happens but l cant see much using the processor other than the interrupts process which is why lm curious of how to track down the issue when it starts to happen.
