Quick question about windows 7 Home premium

I've been looking into this Dell Inspiron Laptop with Intel® Pentium® Processor
If you have any opinions or info on this laptop, please let me know!

Anyway, it comes with windows 7 home premium, and I was wondering, does that have the compatibility mode?
because in the comparison on the Windows 7 website, It says it doesn't have the feature,
"Run many Windows XP productivity programs in Windows XP Mode."
But Im not completely sure if that means that it wont have the compatibility mode

It has compatibility mode (as in run this program in Windows Vista Mode or Windows XP Mode)

What it doesn't have is stated above...the Virtual XP Mode where you have a full copy of XP running subsequently with your 7 Home Premium
