Windows starts/uploads fine but partition screen keeps popping up

I cannot get any further unless I sort out why the partition popup keeps appearing which stops any access in normal until you press to partition again! But it still comes back again when window starts....

I have this screen which shows the partitions done (I assume) so why does it keep asking to do it again and again.....

I have run sfc /scannow and it found nothing wrong....memory is fine...diskcheck fine.....

on checking about in safe mode as that's the only place the partition popup does not appear...I did get 'no system image appear'....can this be correct if the windows has installed and the checks I have done so far have come back fine....I would appreciate help guys as this is getting rather annoying

No computer management was opened by me to show you what it says in it....I will have to take a photo with my camera of the screen that keeps popping up as its impossible to perform anything when it pops up....Below is the pop up I see on windows startup/desktop screen...I have to press off at the off button on laptop to get away from the screen.

Ok. That's a Samsung service. Check for Samsung services or startup in msconfig. Disable it/them and reboot....has the popup disappeared?

Just another example of why the factory pre-install is the worst possible install of Win7 one can have. That's why to get Win7's native perfect performance most owners Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Until then establish a Clean Boot as shown in Clean Up Factory Bloatware to get the badly written bloatware out of WIn7 startup.

Try this Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Revert back to "normal boot" as explained in STEP THREE after troubleshooting has been done.
Does it give popup also when doing "clean boot"?

I tried the clean startup before but it still popped up.....not sure what you mean by your second reply....I have found it in local disk C program files but so many files!! not sure what if anything that I should do as dont want to cause anymore conflicts!

Unable to setup my networking until I get this sorted as it will not let me set up wireless networking in safemode!
