How to change Uac setting to hide username

hi how do you hide my username when uac comes up i have added a picture.

This is mine looks like but it shows my username amd we cant show it due its a business






This is what it needs to look like



Sorry to be a pain but i just dont know how to do it thanks.

Hmm I have tried but apart form just adding say the business name or just a string of ie XXXXXXX I am out of ideas
