    New auto startup program?

I just had a "New automatic startup program detected" on my desktop. Cannot find any info on the web. Anyone have ANY idea if it's safe?

    cmd /c rmdir /q /s D:\~00~

I run MSE, SuperAntiSpyware and Mban every night.

    Thanks for any help.

Look's like a recovery command. Disable it and try a system restore

Thanks for the quick reply. I can't find where this 'program' is. Search shows nothing, as does "Everything". If this refers to the recovery partition (199mb) before the C drive, I removed it when I install my SSD drive. I'm thinking that it not really needed and can be rejected to run.

It looks like a task to silently remove the directory ~00~ on your D:\ drive. If after removing it, see if there is a ~00~ folder on D:\ ( it could be hidden). A Guy

I didn't remove it, I just rejected the 'once only startup'. I still can't find any trace of it (even looking at hidden files) on any drive. I can't see where it has had any effect.

    Thanks for the help guys.

If it was a "run once" then it may have been a cleanup for an installer perhaps.
