Repeat Error Reports With FXSRES.DLL

I realize the FXSRES.DLL is a System File that is important, but why
does Windows 7, 64bit keep reporting this error, saying it cant find my attached usb keyboard, and that it isnt installed correctly? I just plugged it in? My Keyboard works just fine.

After running a systemcheck, heres what it says.

You say it can't find your usb keyboard, but you have a PS/2 keyboard error. Can you confirm what type of keyboard it is? If indeed it is a PS/2 keyboard, I would unplug the keyboard, expand the keyboard listing in device manager and right click on the keyboard you are using and click on Uninstall. Restart the PC and plug the keyboard back in. The PC will detect the keyboard and install the driver for it.
