    Can't see browse for folder


    Hi,
    I Have a weird problem, I want to change destination folder but I cant see anything in the "browse for folder"

    Any advice would be most welcome!

When clicking a folder in the 'Browse for Folder' dialogue, the orientation of the window contents 'snaps' to a position such that the selected folder is just above the bottom of the frame. I would like for the contents to not move at all, and the selected folder just expand. See attached image. ...
This use to work: I cannot Personalize > Desktop Background > Browse and select a new folder. Thanks...
