Why does my computer keep on restarting?

Hi i just brought a new SSD to get rid of this problem but it is still happening on a fresh windows .My PC just restarts randomly when i am browsing the web or doing anything else i have test my ram and there are no errors on that end it cant be the ssd because it brand new. I have installed the latest drivers from windows update and driver update. Now i downloaded bluscreen viewer and it keeps on reporting the same thing ntoskrnl.exe i have tried looking but none of the fixes seem to work so this is my last option.
The CPU is running fine on load at 28C so it cant be the heat so please can you give me a fix because this has happenedd 5 times since installing a fresh windows here is a report file on blue screen viewer Report.txt hopefully you can help me fix this.

A failing PSU can cause a PC to restart and do all kinds of strange things.

Agreed a bad/failing/weak PSU can cause all the issues. Your BSOD points to an undefined hardware problem too. Low voltage, "dirty" power can cause this.

check your disk/mobo connections - the SATA cable could be working loose..

You should follow the instructions here Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions starting a thread in that forum and using the dmp tool they have.
