    Win 7/64 HP recycle bin(s)?

I have an 80 Gb SSD for my OS and programs and 2 internal spinners (D and E) for data, plus an external spinner for backup.

Trying to clean up my C:\ drive (80 Gb SSD), I find multiple recycle bins under my recycle bin folder. The first one has 129 bytes, but the 2nd one has 2+Gb and I can't seem to get rid of the files by emptying the recycle bin.

My D:\drive (320GB spinner) has multiple recycle bins under the recycle bin folder, many with the minimum 129 bytes, but several with MB and GB that I can't seem to get rid of.

My E drive and external drives both have 2 recycle bins with only 129 bytes in each, so no problem there.

How do I get rid of the GB of files residing in my SSD (C:\) and my D:\ drive? And why are there so many recycle bins under the recycle bin folders?

I appreciate the suggestion TZ, but disk management doesn't show the individual folders.. only the drives. So I'm not clear how that would provide more helpful info that what I put into the OP.

Please elaborate if I am mistaken.

IAC, here's a screen snip as requested:
