I logged into computer as normal. It began by telling me it was building my desktop. An odd desktop appeared and now I cannot access programs and my Libraries are all empty. If I go to the users folder on the hard drive my libraries are available there. Can you please tell me how I can get back to my administrator profile? Many Thanks.

Did you get an error message?
For now, you might see if doing a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before you had this issue may be able to help.

I tried to restore but I can only get yesterday's restore point.
This is the error message, "You have been logged in with the default profile for the system. Please see the vent log for details or contact your administrator".
