C:\is not accessible Access Denied
I am current living in Panama. My Gateway computer crashed and service company downloaded Windows 7 Home Premium instead of old Vista Home Premium. Evidently he set "User" as administrator since it shows downloads should go to C:\Users\user\downloads. I set Steve as administrator and can't delete files on C drive because Access is Denied. I have several problems:
1. I cannot download files from internet. They are blocked by something.
2. I cannot delete C files.
3. My old Mirosoft Excel files that ended with xls converted to a different extension.
4. I try to look at C: drive but am not allowed.
5. How do I change administrator to myself Steve and get rid of User users etc.
Sorry but my knowledge of computer systems is nil.
