Laptop boots Black Screen

Recently, I had this laptop a new HDD, been playing with him for almost two weeks, and now whenever I try to boot it, it only appears a black screen, the pc light's go on, I can hear a fan for 5 seconds, propably its only the Hard drive, then off again, the laptop just stands there with a black screen.

Its an Insys Notebook Computer
Model: M761SUN

I did some research, I already tried unplugging the charger, then battery, holding the power button for 60 seconds, plugging it all again, and it didnt work.

I read something about the BIOS's CMOS battery, that it could be weak or out of battery (?) , and that it needed a replacement, im going to post some pictures about my laptop open, because I dont see a way to replace the battery.

So... do I need a new BIOS battery? Or is there aonther way to fix this (low cost) ?

Battery (not sure if this is actually the CMOS's battery) :

Some laptops have a button (up by the F-keys) with which you can switch the screen off. Maybe you hit that accidently.

If this is a hdd then turn on your laptop and put your ear on the hdd to see if the disk is moving because if you don't hear anything or if you hear really bad scratching sounds then it means that its your hdd.

The HDD makes a the normal sound as if its normaly booting, what is not booting is the screen, I cant even hear the fan working, all of the leds are on, the HDD activates and after a couple of seconds stops, and I hear no sound coming from the laptop :/

It would be your motherboard then (i'm assuming) because if you couldnt see anything AND the fans are not working then it would make sense if it was your motherboard since that the fans would work by deafalt due to the electrical prongs that the motherboard gives you. The same way that the fans would work on a psu if you jump started the psu.

Can you feel air by the fan port when it boots up? I had an old HP laptop with a jammed up fan that did exactly what your machine is doing. You may have a dead fan. This causes the processor to shut down to protect itself and voila! No boot.

Plug in an external monitor to see if you get a signal. If so then your screen wiring harness may have come loose. Google a video for how to repair or replace screen, or disassemble the laptop which will show how its done. But you must use the utmost care because it can be unforgiving if you break or misplace parts, cause static spark to electronics, etc.

If no signal to screen it could be GPU or mobo. Do you have any mobo activity? You can pull out RAM sticks - again carefully draining all power first, google for video on replacing RAM for your model if needed - to see it it beeps at startup.
