Hello gzaz, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If this just recently started to happen, then you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before this started may be able to undo and fix this for you.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

That restore was from august. The problem only started a few days ago.

Just to make sure that your system is clean, I would recommend to do a full scan of your system with an AV program.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free is a good choice.

Afterwards, use the tutorial below to troubleshoot with a clean startup to see if this may be caused by something running.

It keeps giving me a few errors during install. Normally i can sort problems out but this is just blocking me at every turn.

If that doesn't help, then you might create a bootable Windows Defender Offline to do a full scan your system with at boot instead.

When opening a file in 2010 MEP in Win 7 the window is fairly small and only a few files are visible. I have to either make the window larger every time or scroll through a small window. Does anyone know how to set the window so that it opens large (almost full screen) by default?
