Need an update for Windows 7 Daylight Saving Time

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. My windows still uses the old Daylight Saving Time settings, which begins in early April and ends in late October. I need to install an update to accommodate the new DST in the United States. Can someone show me where to get the update? Thanks.

The OP needs to use Windows Update to get the system up to date. Only if updates fail should other things need checking.

Far as i see the December 2012 (Article ID: 2779562) had to be applied first at all, and this update replaces the updates that are described in KB 2633952 (december 2011) and in KB 2756822 (october 2012).

    Then, the last updates are:
    Article ID: 2794119 - Last Review: January 24, 2013 - Revision: 3.0

    Article ID: 2890882 - Last Review: October 23, 2013 - Revision: 4.0

I downloaded the x64-based versions of Windows 7 fromDecember 2012 (Article ID: 2779562) but when I clicked to install it popped up a message saying "The update is not applicable to your computer." As I have mentioned above, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. What am I missing?

Have you checked Windows Update - what does it have to say?

I checked Windows Update and found nothing for 2779562.

...in that case you don't need it, or it's already installed - it's been superseded by at least two updates since then :)

Hmmm - are you receiving other updates OK??

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
