Hi all

how can reached to this location
in my PC
cipher /w:c
From regedit .
I found 19000 files in this location [cipher /w:c]
but cant delete it

That's not a location. Cipher.exe is a command line encryption utility.

Are the files encrypted? Your guess on the key is as good as mine.

What is that display? It says recovery. The files look like they're already deleted.

Are you trying to wipe free disk space using the cipher command?

If so, use this:
