    Start Menu Full

I just noticed some items that I pinned to the Start Menu do not appear. When I clik it it grows all the way to the top. However, because there are items that I know I pinned and do not see I was expecting it to 'scroll' in order to access the pinned items not visible. But there is no scrolling. How to fix?

    -thnx

Don`t think I`ve ever seen scrolling of the icons on the left side, you`ll just have to raise the number of items you can have on the start menu.

Oddly the limit is 30 items but I've never tested to see if the start menu list adds a scroll bar or not ?
Right click the start button and Properties/ Customize button/ See how many items is set to be on there ?
You might see if using Small icons on the Taskbar section will help ?
Start Menu - Change Number of Recent Programs to Display
You might even look into this type Taskbar toolbar option,
Customize toolbar, Try*3 almost the last post on page 1,

    Hope this helps.

Right click start button or the task bar, select properties, then start menu, then customize & at the bottom you will start menu size. Adjust as required.

Verify If both Privacy boxes are checked On Ranger4's Screen shot,
Then refer to AddRam's screen shot,
if still no joy you might not have permissions to make changes which is another issue possibly from corruption ?
You might make a new user account and test the issue.

    Small Icons

Are you using small icons in your Start Menu?

If not, try changing the icon size to small (uncheck the "Use large icons" option).
The option is located in the "Customise Start Menu" window (the window shown in AddRAM's post above).

The boxes were not checked. After checking them I was able to assign numbers. Thank You!! (however, I do not have the max. number pinned)
