    Start Up Repairing not Working

    Hello.
I hope this is the right place to post.
I have a HP Pavillion with Windows 7. My computer will not load up today.
When I turn on the computer it goes to "Windows Error Recovery" screen.
I have attempted "Launch Start up Repair" many times.
It load files and then just goes to a blue screen and remains there.
I have tried "Advanced Boot Options", but I am not knowledgeable enough to feel comfortable
trying some of the options (or even know what they mean).
Safe Mode will not load. It acts like it will, then I get the blue screen again.
Any suggestions? I would need walk through instructions.
Thank you in advance if you can help.

You may need to run Startup Repair from your Windows 7 installation disk or from your System Repair Disk (that we hope you made). If you don't have either then see if you can borrow one.

Here is the step by step:
    Startup Repair

You may need to run Startup Repair more than once.
