Can someone please help me restore files through CMD?

I recently acquired a BSOD and after researching and creating multiple threads, this (**RESOLVED** - BSOD 0x6B Win2k8 / Win7 / Win 8 - Microsoft Community) seems to be the only possible fix. I say this because everything else I've tried doesn't work.

Can someone please help me with the process listed in the link above? I can't seem to figure out how to put the types of files on a usb, then restore/replace them using ONLY the CMD...

I've been trying to fix this problem and this is the last solution I've found that MIGHT work.

How do you plan to get to a Command Prompt? Are you going to use a Windows 7 installation DVD?
Have you tried running System File Checker - sfc /scannow?

Anyway, this is how I would do it:

Copy the files to a flash drive
Boot the install DVD to get a Command Prompt
Use diskpart to see where the flash drive is

    diskpart
    list vol

The flash drive will look something like this: Volume 10 I UUI FAT32 Removable 3818 MB Healthy
In this case, the flash drive is I: so I would do the following:

    copy i:\Bootcat.cach %systemroot%\system32\CodeIntegrity\
    copy i:\NTDLL.DLL %systemroot%\system32\

you would replace i: with the letter for your computer.
