Command to force program to minimize on computer startup

    Create a system restore point. Remove the entry from the Run key of the registry for the program of interest and make a shortcut like you mentioned in the startup folder. Let us know if the program still ignores the request to start minimized.

    You are welcome.

    You may need to remove that registry entry after each program update.
