You should get the latest Windows 7 Beta version from Microsoft before it is no longer available for download coming soon.
Download the Windows 7 Beta
For your problem, you can try a System Restore using a restore point dated before this problem to see if it can fix it for you.

What kind of problems are you having with this file?
That's a user Recycle Bin (C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-2116930928-3244548479-2240841030-1002) and the file is a Temp file. Anytime I've seen a file with "$" in front, it was associated with a MS Update file.
Can you give us some more background on what errors you're getting if any, why you need to access this deleted file, or what needs to access it, and anything else you may think can help.
Hi guys, i'm so sorry i couldn't reply immediately because i heve limited internet . I use Errase tool to overwrite data that i had delated from the Reycle Bin. I accidentaly delated the temporary file because i thought those files were unnecessary to have and could eat up space in the harddrive. I fortunally resolved the problem by using System Restore

I noticed that, the only way I can think of is Ctrl+V, send some feedback and hopefully they will fix it.

Yeah, so far the only way to Copy and Paste in the search boxes in Windows 7 is with CTRL + V.
you BrinK and Mr Grim are smart ! The command CTRL + V worked. I'm wondering why Microsoft Inc disable this important funtion ?
Not sure why either Jun, but you should send feedback to Microsoft about it. Hopefully with enough requests they will change it.
One of the quite a few that I've already sent - it's one of those oversights that can become really annoying. Although I use the keyboard shortcuts quite a lot the Right click option is useful at times
