Keyboard-shortcuts starting with "windows key" not working.

    Hi there
So, for some reason my keyboard shortcuts starting with the "windows key" are not working anymore
i mean, shortcuts like lock workstation (WindowsKey + L)

It did work before, but the only thing that happends when i try to execute one of those keyboard shortcuts, is a little "beep".
How can i make them work again?

    Thanks.

Hello Erion, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Does the Windows key by itself still work to open the Start menu?

Did you install any utility type program that may have an option to disable this?

For now, you might check using the tutorials below to see if you may have disabled the Windows key or Windows shortcuts by mistake somehow.

    Hope this helps, :)

    Thanks for the quick respond.

No, the windows key itself does not open the start menu.
    I didn't install anything lately.
I looked at both tut's, did what they said, but the shortcuts + the key itself is still not working.

In that case, you could try doing a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you had this issue to hopefully sort it.

As well as Brink's suggestions, try another keyboard to see if it works. If it does it would indicate you existing keyboard is faulty.
