Try the built in windows troubleshooter for running Aero.

Go to control panel-under system security choose find and fix problems- Under appearance and personalization choose display Aero desktop effects.

Run the troubleshooter and tell us the results.

Also please use one of these methods and post your system specs:

System Info - See Your System Specs

Speccy - Publish Snapshot of your System Specs

Speccy - Advanced System Information Tool

I also tryed SFC scannow, but no errors and still no animations.
    FIXED! Heres how:

    1. Click Start and type “sysdm.cpl
    2. Now click the advanced tab then go to the Performance pane.
    3. Click on settings in the pane and then the Visual Effects tab.
    4. Check to make sure “Let Windows choose what’s best for my computer”
    5. After the changes (if any) click on Apply and then Ok.
    6. Done.

That was the next thing I was going to suggest, but I wanted to make sure you had the hardware to run it first. Normally the built in windows troubleshooter will notice that and fix it. Strange.

    Glad you got it resolved!

I just noticed you have UAC disabled, I want to remind you of the following:

UAC improves the security of the system greatly, and helps protect against threats and malware.
It should NOT be disabled. If you disable UAC you are turning off a main security feature in windows and will be more prone to get malware on the PC

    Some helpful links:

    What is User account control?

User Account Control - UAC - Change Notification Settings

Make sure you read the links. There is important information there.
